Return Policy

We accept returns (within 30 days), shipping charges non-refundable and 25% restocking fee.

WARRANTY POLICY:
Electric Motors have a 1 year factory warranty.
All warranties are subject to the manufacturers warranty policy and not that of Tek4UFast.
Factory warranty allows for a warranty replacement motor only to be sent and not a refund.

DEFECTIVE MOTOR RETURN POLICY:

An RMA must be issued for all defective motors. All defective motors must be returned for inspection prior to shipping a warranty replacement motor. Customer pays for the return shipping – if the motor is deemed to be defective you will receive a new warranty motor.

RETURN POLICY:

There is a 25% restocking fee on all uninstalled, returned motors. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Motors must be returned in original packaging and must be uninstalled.
Motors with set screw marks are not returnable.

Gate and Door Openers: LiftMaster products come with a 1 year factory warranty. Customers can return unused, unopened items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Customer pays shipping.
